Key Responsibilities:

Work with procurement and sourcing teams to implement sustainable practices that protect and restore ecosystems.
Apply nature-based solutions to tackle environmental challenges such as deforestation, water conservation, and habitat loss.
Partner with external stakeholders, NGOs, and regulatory bodies to support biodiversity initiatives and establish industry standards.
Oversee the assessment and reduction of the company's impact on nature, including land use, water use, and biodiversity loss.
Ensure compliance with global biodiversity frameworks and regulations, including reporting on nature-related risks and opportunities.
Lead cross-functional teams to embed nature-positive practices in product development and lifecycle.
Drive innovation in packaging, raw material sourcing, and product design to minimize environmental impact on ecosystems.
Monitor and report on nature-related performance metrics, ensuring transparency and alignment with sustainability goals.
Represent the company in industry forums, conferences, and working groups focused on nature conservation and biodiversity.
