Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of the company’s sustainability reporting strategy, ensuring alignment with global frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).
Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of sustainability data, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices for ESG reporting and disclosures.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., finance, supply chain, legal) to gather relevant data and integrate sustainability metrics into financial reporting.
Manage external communications of sustainability performance, including annual reports and investor disclosures.
Monitor emerging reporting trends and frameworks, advising senior leadership on staying ahead of regulatory and stakeholder expectations.
Align sustainability reporting with corporate goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Drive continuous improvement in sustainability reporting processes using digital tools and analytics.
Work closely with sustainability, marketing, and corporate communications teams to enhance storytelling around sustainability achievements.
Represent the company in external forums, working groups, and stakeholder engagements related to sustainability reporting.
